Lisa Serratos-McGregor was born and raised in Seattle, Washington in 1974. Lisa has been a life long Washingtonian, and loves the great northwest. Lisa operates her top notch team out of Keller Williams Realty office in Auburn. Lisa has been working as a Realtor since 2001. Lisa was previously a Small business owner, property manager & Branch Manager for an auto finance division before becoming a Realtor. After years in the financial and management field, Lisa was sought out by a broker that owned RE/MAX in Kent. Lisa was shown how her enthusiasm, personality, and knowledge could turn into a great career, that she could utilize her skills and learn something new everyday. Lisa then decided to study at Rockwell Real Estate School and become licensed to work with clients in 2001. Lisa signed up with RE/MAX in Kent the story begins. Even though Lisa had only been in the business for less than 1/2 the year there her broker named her Rookie of the year based off her performance and volume. She worked for seven wonderful years at RE/MAX and recently joined the Keller Williams Realty family in July of 2008. Lisa knew that Keller Williams was the right company to join based off of all the variety, training, profit sharing, support and the group of sharp individuals among st her. Lisa spends her time with her husband Shawn & raising her 10 year old daughter Ashton & 7 year old step son Hunter. Lisa loves to travel & explore as well as: going dancing, concerts, attending church, riding horses, remodeling, fixing up houses to resell, volunteering her time to help kids learn about horses, and raising money for community charities. As an agent and team leader you can count on Lisa to keep the details handled with finesse. During the sale she enjoys teaching you the ABCs of real estate and what to look for and what to avoid in the home buying process. Honesty, One-on-one contact and daily updates are very important to Lisa, keeping the client in the loop!
